Alicia and I leave on another Haiti trip in two weeks. Tomorrow, we are meeting with Dan to look at when to have the info meeting and what we will need to cover. We are looking to have applications in sometime mid-August and hopefully a team meeting a few weeks before that. Team size is going to be maximum 15.
This may all change tomorrow morning, that's just the way things go.
We are planning to have 5 formal team meetings (at least) and some optional team bonding hang out teams and at least one service project together. Team members would need to commit to coming to 4 out of 5 of these formal team meetings. We consider these a part of the trip and an extremely important time for the team. Well that is all.
