what we've been working on

hi team -

just to give you an update we have set our budget for each project.  We are allowing some wiggle room because we know that things come up during the trip, but it isn't a whole lot.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

We had a little meeting going over what crafts we could purchase last night and made great headway.  Please still be considering what verses you will be going over from Luke 12.

Also, Dave Beck is going to be heading up the morning devotions.  I am really looking forward to this.  We will be each sharing individually at our nighttime debriefing/devotions.  I am also really looking forward to that!

more to come tomorrow!

Prayer Partners - We still don't have these for a good many of you!  Bring them on Thursday!  Or e-mail them to us.

Keso
KESO is a sweet and energetic boy. He and his older brother, Daniel, came to us after suffering much hardship. They would often go days without food and were severely neglected. Today, however, Keso is a very happy boy. He enjoys all his "brothers" at the orphanage and now feels loved and very much part of a family. He enjoys playing on the swings, soccer, marbles and board games. School is one of his favorite things to do and he is a very good student. Usually the first one to run up and greet new visitors, he loves meeting them and sharing his life with those who take an interest in him. Please pray for Keso as the Lord continues to heal his heart and reveal His great love for him.

Marcherold
MARCHEROLD, or Macorel as the kids call him, is an independent and creative child who loves sports and games. He is well-known amongst the boys at the orphanage for creating incredible kites from trash lying on the ground. Very resourceful, he can make a game out of an old shoe and a wire that will keep him fascinated for hours. He is a shy boy with a sweet personality and gentle nature. He loves to have fun and play with the other boys at home. A jokester, he will always try to get a laugh out of you with some silly practical joke or goofy expression. Please pray that Macorel grows in his young faith and that he will seek God's direction for his life.
