we need you!!

Haiti team Hello again!!!  (hope you aren’t going in circles from my multiple emails haha!)

 

Here’s what is coming up:

 

1.      Chris and Sylvia are going to Mexico!!  Oct 3-5 Pray for their trips!

 

2.      Would you like to help Mimi put together some stellar succulent plant sculptures for our art fair??  If so email her: mimiandersen@verizon.net

She is planning on putting them together the Sunday Oct 5^th from 9am – 3pm.

 

3.      We are having a prayer night!!  Our meetings are so full of details and questions and other great things that we are not left with time to do what is MOST important!  Pray!  Tues Oct 7^th @ the Andersen’s:

 

4.      Our next team meeting is @ KHC in that same room @ 7pm on Oct 9^th.  Bring your thinking caps!  After our worship time we have a guest speaker who is going to be teaching us some language learning skills.  And of course we will be doing more fundraiser and project planning!!

 

5.      For the Art Fair (Oct 11^th):

a.       Can you sign up for one of the following times?  (email me and let me know which is for you?)

                                                               i.      Set up and first shift: 7:30am – 12pm

                                                             ii.      Second shift and break down:  12pm – 4:00pm

                                                            iii.      All day

b.      Please everyone bring:

                                                               i.      - their own comfy folding chair

                                                             ii.      - their own hat and sunscreen

                                                            iii.      - ballpoint pens & Sharpies

                                                           iv.      - your cell phone

                                                             v.      - plastic or paper shopping bags for succulent and art purchases, small and large

                                                           vi.      - Art to Mimi and Andrew's house NO LATER than the night before (Oct 9^th).  NO booth drop offs...  :-)

 

6.      Bake Sale!! Oct 18-19  If you want to bake something, or know anyone who would like to do so, email Alexis: alexis.828@hotmail.com
